Any items or goods found to be faulty, must be drawn to our attention within 3 days of receipt via email or telephone.
Engraving
Any item or goods that require engraving will be engraved as per the spelling and wording that you the customer has entered, so please double check your wording and spelling.
Card Payment
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not displayed or held on any web site.
