Shipping and Delivery Timescales :-

Any products purchased with engraving will be shipped to the designated address within 10 working days (2-4 Days for upgraded shipping).

All products under the value of £36 will be posted First Class Royal Mail ( Unless otherwise stated).

Any products purchased without engraving will be dispatched to designated address with 7 days  (2-4 Days for upgraded shipping).

Any product that is ordered while out of stock will be dispatched to designated address within 14 working days.

Returns

If your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, we will replace it, whenever possible, free of charge or refund your money. If you need to return goods, please contact us within three working days of receipt of your order with details of the complaint. Returns are made at your expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.

Please double check your spelling when ordering engraved products.

Any engraved product that has spelling errors from your end will and cannot be returned.
